My name is Ally Rodriguez, certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist. After my first pregnancy, I realized how little help there was for women. I felt totally lost in my postpartum body and had no idea how to get back to where I wanted to be. 
Four pregnancies and five kids later I have learned so much! I am excited to empower other moms on their fitness journey! Life can be hard, but you were never meant to figure it out alone.
